As principal of Sainas Consult Inc., Kathy Sainas has 35 years of experience assisting employers in developing strategic and practical solutions to meet their needs around planning, managing, engaging and rewarding employees.  Working with organizations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors and across a broad array of industries and professions, she focuses on developing and implementing compensation and performance management programs that are designed to resolve issues related to market competitiveness, internal equity, and employee performance, and which support organizational values and objectives.

Prior to establishing Sainas Consult Inc. in 2005, Ms. Sainas was a partner with a Vancouver-based consulting firm.

Ms. Sainas has an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
